Menke

The producer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist Menke creates her own soulful world with small gestures. She plays piano, guitar, banjo, cello, vibraphone, but also more unconventional instruments such as the lyre and wine glasses. Her music hoover between being intimate and grandiose, between mystical and exposing herself.

Menke is a young standout talent with an expression and a voice capable of freezing time. Her debut single Moln is Menke’s musical arrangement of Swedish poet Karin Boye’s classic poem of the same name. With the release there’s a clear visual idea with Menke being a photographer herself and also collaborating with some of the most prominent creators.
